Product: The Stat Check playbook (a digital download / digital product, the “Product”)
By purchasing the Product, you (“you,” the “buyer”) agree to these Terms of Sale, together with the Disclaimer, the Medical Waiver, and the Affiliate Disclosure, which are incorporated by reference.
1. What you’re buying
A digital information product (downloadable files and/or digital access) containing one person's personal experience and general educational information about diet, fasting, supplements, training, and lifestyle. You are buying information only. You are not buying medical, dietary, fitness, or professional advice, a personalized plan, coaching, supervision, or any health outcome.
2. No medical or results guarantee
The Product makes no health, medical, fitness, weight-loss, hormonal, lab-result, or other outcome guarantee of any kind. Any results described are one person's actual, non-typical results; your results may differ and are not guaranteed. See the Disclaimer and Medical Waiver. You are responsible for consulting your own licensed physician before acting on anything in the Product.
3. License & intellectual property
- The Product and all its contents (text, plans, tables, graphics, and other materials) are owned by the Seller and protected by copyright and other laws.
- On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- You may NOT copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, post publicly, upload to file-sharing or AI-training datasets, or otherwise distribute the Product or any substantial part of it, in whole or in part, without the Seller's prior written permission.
- The lab data shown is the creator's own personal data, presented as such. You may not reproduce it as your own.
- Violation of this license terminates your license immediately and may expose you to liability.
4. Refund policy
14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to the playbook ($37) and the order bump ($9). To request a refund, reply to any order email or email statcheck@agentmail.to. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
We reserve the right to decline refunds where there is clear evidence of abuse (for example, downloading the full Product and requesting a refund, or repeated refund requests across multiple purchases).
Chargebacks: If you have a problem, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in losing access to the Product.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that any result will be achieved).
- The Seller will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any personal injury, illness, adverse health outcome, lost profits, or other loss, arising from or related to your purchase or use of the Product.
- The Seller’s total cumulative liability arising from or related to the Product, for any cause and under any theory, will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Product.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or for gross negligence where the law forbids waiving it).
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Product, your violation of the license in Section 3, or your breach of these Terms.
7. Accuracy & changes
The Product reflects one person's experience and general information believed accurate when written; it may contain errors and may become outdated. The Seller may update or modify the Product and these Terms; the version in effect at your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
8. Third-party products & links
The Product references third-party supplements and contains affiliate links (see Affiliate Disclosure). The Seller does not manufacture, control, or warrant any third-party product and is not responsible for them. Purchases from third parties are governed by those third parties' terms.
9. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Product or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
10. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, with the Disclaimer, Medical Waiver, and Affiliate Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and the Seller regarding the Product.
