Privacy Policy
The short version: We collect your email address when you opt in, and your name and email when you buy. We use that to deliver what you asked for and send educational emails. We don’t sell your data. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.
1. Who we are
Stat Check is operated by Alexander Ivory, a sole operator based in Arizona, USA. This site is statcheckhealth.com. For privacy questions, email statcheck@agentmail.to.
2. What data we collect
When you opt in to our email list:
- Email address (required)
- First name (optional, if you provide it on the opt-in form)
- UTM parameters and referrer data — which ad, link, or page brought you here, so we know what’s working
When you make a purchase:
- Name and email address — collected by Stripe at checkout and passed to our email system to send your receipt and deliver the product
- Payment information (card number, billing address) is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Automatically collected:
- Basic site analytics (page views, referrer, browser/device type). We use this to understand which pages are visited — we do not run invasive tracking or build detailed behavioral profiles.
3. How we use it
- Deliver the guide or product you requested or purchased
- Send the nurture and educational email sequence you signed up for
- Send purchase receipts and transactional notifications
- Understand basic traffic sources so we can improve the site
- Respond to support or refund requests
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising on other platforms or build lookalike audiences from our list.
4. Processors & subprocessors
We share data with the following third-party services to operate this business. Each has their own privacy policy:
Loops.so — Email list management, nurture sequence, and transactional emails. Your email address (and optional first name) are stored in Loops and used to send you emails. Loops Privacy Policy
Stripe — Payment processing. Handles all credit card transactions. We receive only name, email, and confirmation of successful payment. Stripe Privacy Policy
AgentMail — Some transactional and notification emails (including the contact email statcheck@agentmail.to) are routed through AgentMail.
We do not use any other analytics platforms, ad networks, or data brokers.
5. Cookies & tracking
This site may set basic session cookies necessary for the checkout process (via Stripe). We may also capture UTM parameters from the URL to attribute traffic sources — this data is not linked to a personal identity unless you later opt in or purchase. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.
6. Data retention
We retain your email address on our list until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Purchase records are retained as required for tax and legal compliance (typically 7 years under U.S. tax law). You can request deletion of your marketing data at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your rights
Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time — use the one-click unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any email
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Correct inaccurate data we hold about you
To exercise any of these rights, email statcheck@agentmail.to. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any event within 30 days.
8. GDPR & CCPA acknowledgement
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing your data is consent (for marketing emails) and contract performance (for purchase fulfillment). You have the rights listed above under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.
9. Children
This site and product are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us at statcheck@agentmail.to and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or our emails after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
