Full Disclaimer
This is a personal story, not medical advice.
The Stat Check playbook (the "Program," "Product," or "Materials") is an educational account of one man's personal experience. It describes the food, fasting schedule, supplements, training, and lifestyle changes that one individual — Alexander Ivory, a man in Phoenix, Arizona — chose to follow over a 90-day period, along with his own before-and-after lab results.
The creator is not a physician, registered dietitian, nutritionist, naturopath, personal trainer, or any other kind of licensed or certified healthcare or fitness professional. Nothing in this Product is medical advice, dietary advice, clinical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a prescription of any kind. It is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
No doctor–patient (or any professional) relationship.
Reading these Materials, buying this Product, contacting the creator, or following any part of the Program does not create a doctor–patient relationship, a dietitian–client relationship, a trainer–client relationship, or any other professional, fiduciary, or care relationship between you and the creator. The creator does not know your medical history, your medications, your lab values, or your individual circumstances, and is not monitoring, supervising, or advising you.
This is not a substitute for professional care.
This Product is not a substitute for individualized advice from a qualified, licensed healthcare provider who knows you and your full medical history. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you have about a medical condition, your diet, fasting, a supplement, a medication, or an exercise program.
Talk to your doctor before you change anything.
Do not start, stop, or change any diet, fasting practice, supplement, medication, or exercise program based on this Product without first consulting a licensed physician who has evaluated you. This is especially important — and you should treat it as a firm requirement — if any of the following apply to you:
- You take any prescription or over-the-counter medication (for example, blood thinners, blood-pressure medication, diabetes/insulin medication, thyroid medication, statins, or antidepressants — several of which can interact dangerously with fasting, with low-carbohydrate eating, or with supplements such as berberine, niacin, omega-3, vitamin K2, or others).
- You have, or may have, any medical condition — including diabetes or prediabetes, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney disease, liver disease, a thyroid disorder, an eating disorder or a history of disordered eating, a hormonal condition, gout, an iron-overload condition such as hemochromatosis, gallbladder problems, or any other diagnosed or suspected condition.
- You are underweight, elderly, immunocompromised, recovering from illness or surgery, or have a history of fainting, low blood sugar, or electrolyte problems.
- You are under 18, pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding. (This Program is written for and about adult men and is not appropriate for these groups.)
Extended fasting carries real risks — get cleared first.
The Program describes extended fasting (up to 48 hours). Extended and prolonged fasting is not appropriate for everyone and can cause serious harm in some people, including dangerously low blood sugar, low blood pressure, fainting, dehydration, dangerous electrolyte imbalances, heart-rhythm problems, and interactions with medication (especially diabetes and blood-pressure medication). Do not attempt extended fasting without first being cleared and, ideally, supervised by a licensed physician. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel faint, confused, have chest pain or an irregular heartbeat, or otherwise feel unwell.
Supplements are not evaluated by the FDA and carry their own risks.
The Program names specific dietary supplements. Dietary supplements are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety or effectiveness, and the statements in this Product have not been evaluated by the FDA. Nothing in this Product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Supplements can have side effects, can interact with medications and with each other, can be contaminated or mislabeled, and may be unsafe at certain doses or for people with certain conditions. Any doses mentioned are the amounts the creator personally chose to take — they are not a recommendation, instruction, or prescription for you. Talk to your doctor and pharmacist before taking any supplement.
Individual results vary — your results are not predictable.
The lab numbers, weight changes, and other outcomes described in this Product are one person's actual results over one 90-day period (an “n=1” personal experiment). They are not typical, not average, not guaranteed, and not promised. Honesty matters here: in the creator's own results, some markers improved while others got worse (for example, HDL cholesterol dropped and ferritin rose). The same protocol could produce different — including worse — results for you, or could be unsafe for you. No specific result of any kind is promised or implied. What happened to one person tells you nothing reliable about what will happen to you.
Assumption of risk and personal responsibility.
By reading and using this Product, you accept that you are solely responsible for your own health, your own choices, and your own results. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with any diet, fasting, supplement, or exercise you choose to undertake, whether or not it was mentioned in this Product. You agree that you will use your own judgment, consult appropriate licensed professionals, and act at your own risk.
Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or reliance on, this Product. See the Terms of Sale and Medical Waiver for the full terms you agree to at purchase.
Emergencies.
This Product is not for emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
